Return Policy

At The Enchanted Essence, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit for your space, we’ll help you make it right.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of delivery for most eligible items.
Return requests submitted after 20 days may not be approved.

2) Eligible Items

Returns are typically accepted for: - Furniture and home decor items in new, unused condition - Items returned with all original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: - Items marked Sale or Clearance - Items that have been assembled, installed, used, washed, or altered - Items with missing parts, heavy wear, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery - Gift cards (if applicable)

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. - If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. - Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of: - The damage/defect - The full item - The packaging (including shipping label)

We’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement, parts shipment, or refund.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For large furniture items, return shipping may require freight pickup. Freight fees can be significant and will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the pickup.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).

6) Condition Requirements

To be approved, returned items must be: - Unused and unassembled  or in its original  packaging with protective materials - Packaged safely to prevent damage in transit

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may: - Refuse the return, or - Issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

8) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (if eligible).

9) How to Start a Return

Email us at info@thefashioncelestial.com with: - Your order number - The item(s) you’d like to return - The reason for return - Photos (if damaged/defective)

We’ll reply with next steps and, if approved, return instructions.

10) Notes for Large Items (Freight Deliveries)

For freight deliveries, please: - Inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. - Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. - Keep all packaging until your item is fully inspected and assembled.

11) Policy Updates

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders are processed  immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact info@thefashioncelestial.com within 12 hours of  purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. Cancelations made after 2 hours of purchase have a 5% restocking fee. 
  • Address Changes: If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within 12 hoursof placing the order.
